Baguio Yarns!!!!! and some WIPs…

Posted by: zammy on: October 23, 2009

No, I haven’t been to Baguio, yet… but I’m planning to after I saw these awesome yarns that can be bought there! I bought these yarns from a fellow Raveler, Imeng, from her online shop and blog, ginantsilyo.com.

These are acrylic fingering weight yarns in at least 100 gram balls each. My favorite among these yarns is the yellow one… and I wish I bought 2 balls….

Here is one of my current WIPs, the Shells & Flower Shrug:

I started working on it during the school break caused by Ondoy but it was hard to continue it when school resumed because my schedule was suddenly cramped with exams and deadlines. I barely slept during those weeks. Thankfully, the sem has ended. And I plan on finishing this before classes resumes once again.

Another project that I’d like to finish during the break is the Chakra Purse which is the current-slash-first CAL (crochet-along) in the the Crochet in the Philippines Ravelry Group.
